What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our MOQ typically starts at 100 units per style, but we offer flexibility for startups, capsule collections, and made-to-order models.
Can you handle custom and on-demand production?
Yes! We specialize in custom-made and on-demand garment manufacturing, including scalable solutions like the one we built for Son of a Tailor.
How long does the production process take?
From concept to delivery, our typical lead time is 10 to 16 weeks. Reorders or ready-to-produce designs can be much faster.
Can I provide my own fabrics or labels?
Absolutely. We can work with materials you provide or help you source high-quality, sustainable options from our trusted partners.

What certifications does Poltex hold?
We work with GOTS, OEKO-TEX® materials and suppliers.
How does Poltex reduce its environmental impact?
We use solar energy at our facilities, operate electric vehicles, minimize textile waste, and implement water- and energy-efficient production methods.
Do you offer recycled or organic materials?
Yes. We regularly work with organic cotton, recycled polyester, and biodegradable trims, all sourced through verified suppliers.
Is your packaging sustainable?
Yes. We offer recyclable, biodegradable, and FSC-certified packaging options—including plastic-free solutions upon request.

Do you work with startups as well as established brands?

Can you ship internationally?
Yes. We coordinate global logistics and can ship directly to warehouses, fulfillment centers, or DTC hubs worldwide.
Where are your products manufactured?
All our garments are proudly made in Portugal, at our facilities in Guimarães, near Porto.
Do you offer production tracking or a client portal?
Yes! All Poltex clients receive access to a secure online portal where you can track production stages in real time, view technical documentation, and communicate with your project manager.
