1. Briefing & Project Kickoff
- Timeframe: 1–3 Days
You share your vision, moodboards, tech packs, or simply an idea. We review materials, volumes, and timelines, then propose a plan of action and quote.
2. Design & Product Development
- Timeframe: 1–2 Weeks
We translate your concept into production-ready specifications—creating technical drawings, sourcing fabrics, and advising on construction.
3. Sourcing of Materials
- Timeframe: 2–4 Weeks
We secure the fabrics, trims, labels, and accessories through our trusted network of suppliers, ensuring quality, availability, and sustainability.
4. Sampling & Prototyping
- Timeframe: 1–3 Weeks
We develop your first sample. You review it, suggest changes, and we finalize the product for mass production. Multiple rounds are optional depending on complexity.
5. Production & Assembly
- Timeframe: 4–6 Weeks
Your product goes into full production. This includes cutting, embroidery or stamping, sewing, and finishing—all handled in-house with strict quality controls.
6. Quality Control & Packaging
- Timeframe: 1 Week
Each garment is inspected thoroughly. We check measurements, stitching, labeling, and final presentation. Then we pack your order for shipment.
7. Delivery & Logistics
- Timeframe: Variable (depends on destination)
We handle shipping coordination, whether to a warehouse, retailer, or direct-to-consumer hub. International freight or courier delivery options are available.
Total Timeline Estimate: 10–16 Weeks (For reorders or ready-to-produce styles, timelines may be significantly shorter.)
